3.24.08 This was the first test shoot with Twoneil's DIY 35mm adapter attachment for my Canon HV20. There's a few things I learned in the process and all it takes is more practice and patience and a steady hand. 1) Always re-check the orientation of your adapter before hitting record. (otherwise, you'll have a little black dash in the top corners of your video like I do in some of the shots)(oops) 2)Remember to also turn on the vibrating thingy after hitting record on the camera. Then, remember to turn it back off. 3)Set the HV20 Exposure (EXP) to manual. Otherwise the lighting jumps all over the place. Do the cellphone trick to set the f stop to your desired exposure....
